Cancellation
Once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled and is subject to Over The Rainbow Balloons terms and conditions.
Substitutions:
The balloons sent will be those chosen by the customer. Over The Rainbow Balloons reserves the right to substitute any of the balloons with another of similar wording or meaning in the unusual event that the balloon of choice is currently unavailable.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us immediately by email or phone and we will provide a replacement or make other appropriate and reasonable arrangements in order to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Damaged Goods Policy
In the event of a delivery arriving damaged, the recipient or customer should notify Over The Rainbow Balloons within 24 hours of receipt. Over The Rainbow Balloons will endeavour to replace, free of charge, the damaged balloon(s) within 24 hours of notification, provided all packaging and contents are given to the driver in exchange for the replacement balloon(s).
Refunds Policy
Claims for refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Final discretion on issuing of refunds rests exclusively with Over The Rainbow Balloons. In most cases, refunds are not possible. However we recognise that exceptional circumstances do sometimes happen. In the event that a refund credit is approved, it may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
Customer Input Errors
Over The Rainbow Balloons may not be held responsible nor liable for incorrect or insufficient information supplied by the customer leading to failed or late deliveries. Prior to payment, the customer should check that all the information submitted is accurate and complete. Typical examples of errors leading to unsuccessful deliveries are:
Incorrect or insufficient recipient's address provided
Business name or destination's contact number is not provided
A business is closed during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm)
The recipient is not known or has moved from the premises
Incorrect or insufficient customer contact details
Access denied to a security apartment block
Delivery Conditions
Over The Rainbow Balloons is ready to take your online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Orders completed on our system by 11:00am in the recipient timezone can be delivered the same day. Orders received after 11:00am will be automatically processed for next-day delivery, however orders can be placed and stored in our system up to 6 months in advance.
Public holidays
Orders may be placed on public holidays for delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY.
Sunday deliveries:
Only local delivery is available on sunday deliveries.
Recipient not present to accept delivery
Residential addresses - if nobody is home, our driver will leave the delivery in a safe position near the door.
Business addresses - if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the delivery with reception or with a work colleague.
Security apartments/premises
If a security apartment address has been provided the driver will attempt to contact the surrounding units to gain admission. The driver will then leave the delivery outside the door of the nominated apartment.
Hospitals - The driver will leave the delivery at the appropriate ward checkpoint.
Workplace addresses - The driver will usually leave the delivery at reception.
Delivery Times
We are often asked by clients whether we can specify a delivery time. We use Royal Mail for all our non-local deliveries. Because Royal Mail can not guarantee delivery at certain times, we can not guarantee either. It is only for local deliveries, when the driver is employed by the Over The Rainbow Balloons, is that we can guarantee delivery times.
Over The Rainbow Balloons will endeavour to deliver your balloons bouquet as early in the day as is possible. However, delivery times are as follows:
Residences: Between 9:00am - 7:00pm
Businesses: Between 9:00am - 5:30pm
Hospitals: Between 9:00am - 6:00pm
Other Locations: Between 9:00am - 7:00pm
The deadline order time for deliveries on Sundays is 11:00 AM on Saturday.
Order Dispatch
An order will only be dispatched upon payment being approved. Submission of the order authorises Over The Rainbow Balloons to accept payment for the products selected.
Bank Fees
Over The Rainbow Balloons disclaims any responsibility for excess transaction fees on your account from pre-authorisation, billing transaction and other transactions. We encourage you to contact your financial institution and ascertain if you will incur charges as a consequence of using your preferred payment method online.
Limitation of Liability
Over The Rainbow Balloons is not liable for any loss that may be suffered by using this website or any linked website, in excess of refunds as indicated in the refunds policy.
Force Majeure
Over The Rainbow Balloons is not liable for failure to perform any obligations for delivery of goods or services where such failure is due to fire, flood, labour dispute, natural calamity, a technical failure to correctly process customer order information, acts of the government, acts of terrorism, or if such causes are otherwise beyond the reasonable control of Over The Rainbow Balloons.
Acceptance of Terms
By submission of the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
